Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: Apparel products: production lead time is 7-10 business days for production. If we happen to make a mistake, we will ship out a corrected order via USPS Priority Mail, please understand we do not overnight packages
Q: Do you have free shipping?
A: All orders $50 or more receive Free USPS First Class Shipping. Priority or UPS upgrades available at checkout. UNLESS there is a promotion of Free Shipping.
PLEASE make sure your address is correct. Marden S Design is not responsible for package delays or lost packages. Any orders that are returned to us, due to an incorrect shipping address, will incur additional shipping charges.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once you order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Q: What forms of payment do we accept?
A: We accept payments via PayPal and debit or credit payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and/or American Express.
Q: How do I request an exchange?
A: Marden S Design does not offer exchanges. If an item you received is damaged, please contact mardensdesign@gmail.com
Q: How long will it take to get my refund for cancellation of order?
A: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing all cancellation orders.
Q: The items I purchased do not fit, can I exchange them?
A: We do not accept exchanges or refunds. Please refer to size charts noted on each listing prior to placing order.
Q: The item I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?
A: If you received a defective product, please email us with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to mardensdesign@gmail.com
Q: Do you provide bulk order discounts?
A: We do offer bulk order discounts on a case by case basis. Please email us at mardensdesign@gmail.com with what you are wanting and quantity you are requesting for details or place an order in the Bulk Order section in our Homepage.
Q: Respond time?
A: We respond to any questions, orders, and messages within 24-48 hours.
